HRIS Analyst

As an HRIS Analyst within a regional and global operating team, you will have the opportunity to work with resources who are dedicated to transforming the way we work, and in turn, transforming our internal consumer experience.In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on our HR Systems and partner with different internal teams and our customers to solve their challenges on our HR systems. You will identify business needs and opportunities to automate and streamline their way of working. What You Will Do In Your Role

·HR Case Management.

Resolving HR Cases, specifically for APAC, raised by our customers (Issues, system errors, end user questions) .

Evaluate HR cases and seeks for opportunities to improve and automate recurring issues.

Identify educational opportunities from a business and support perspective

Collaborate within the team to support questions from Tier 1 & 2 in teams’ channel.

·Configuration Requests.

Analyze and document functional requests.

Organizes and track the progress of configuration requests and application changes. This includes ensuring that project plans, creating process documentation, coordinating test plans, and tracking milestones. Communicating to HR technology teams (e.g., Security-, Configuration-, security team) and HR management regarding the status and problems.

·HR system implementations:

Supports implementation of Infor HR modules, T&A and Payroll.

Supports HRIS Implementation projects from Mergers & Acquisitions. This includes working closely with our customer and other capabilities within KGS to understand business processes, review current systems and define data requirements.

Evaluates current system capabilities and identifies system modifications that need to be made to support business processes.

Supports Implementations at regional entities. Activities involve evaluating local requirements, working with local management to ensure requirements are addressed, training users, converting data and supporting entities on an ongoing basis.

·Mass Updates/ Load file:

Responsible for preparing and loading mass data updates along with validating and verification data was loaded properly.



    The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements:

    4+ years in a similar role

    Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office

    Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations

    Experience completing assignments in a systematic and timely manner

    Experience influencing system and application business decisions through excellent communication skills

    Experience troubleshooting escalated technical issues

    Strong analytical skills

    Experience working within HRIS applications

    Bachelor’s degree in a field related to business management, Human Resources or information management

    Experience with SAP, Infor, Kronos, or Dayforce good to have, not must.

    Preferred under APAC working time (7:30am – 3:30pm, IN time)
