O365 Analyst


 A Day In The Life Could Include:

(job responsibilities)

·Being an active member of a collaborative and agile global team that works with and has ownership of various cloud-based products (i.e., Office 365)

·Use disciplined problem-solving strategies to identify how we can improve our products and enhance the consumer experience

·Exercising product knowledge to identify and build automation processes that remove manual work

·Being advocates of our capabilities to help improve overall adoption and reliability of our products

·Collaborating with customer service teams to understand how to improve support

·Creating documentation that is easily consumed by a global audience by both customers and support organizations

·Performing typical system administrative activities such as migrations, site creations, user training, issue resolution, and updating support documentation

·Working Tier 3 level tickets in an efficient manner

·Engaging vendors as necessary to resolve complex issues.

What You Will Need To Bring With You:

(experience & education required)

  • Experience working on an agile team
  • Experience writing in PowerShell and/or JavaScript to automate and streamline processes
  • Experience working support tickets out of a queue
  • Eagerness and capability to quickly learn new processes and products
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Office 365 administration
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft products

    What Will Put You Ahead:

    (experience & education preferred)

    ·Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

    ·Working knowledge/experience with no code/low code platforms (i.e., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate)

    ·Well versed in cloud-based file/content management applications and collaboration ecosystems (OneDrive and Azure DevOps repositories)

    ·Experience writing in Python

    ·Experience designing forms and UI/UX skills

    Other Considerations:

    (physical demands/ unusual working conditions

    Will be required to carry a mobile device and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
