What You Will Do In Your Role
·Ensure silent running of Finance and Accounting Operations (including but not limited to meeting Service Level Agreements among others) by working closely with Business Accounting Team and other stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day processing of Finance and Accounting transactions and ensure that they are Accurate, Timely and Complete in all respects including but not limited to ensuring all Month-End Close tasks are completed timely and accurately, Stakeholders are kept always informed proactively, Review of Journal Entries, Review of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and so on.
- Improve existing Finance and Accounting process and thereby add value to overall Operations.
·Work closely with other functions in ensuring that the Transition of Finance and Accounting processes is seamless.
·Lead at least 5 team member team handling R2R deliverables; Groom, Coach and Motivate the team members so that they always give their best.
The Experience You Will Bring
1.Overall – 8+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting function (R2R domain) within Shared Service Centre or 3rd Party Service Provider.
2.People Management Experience:
i)3+ years of experience in leading teams managing R2R deliverables.
ii)Should be currently in People Management role and at least 5+ team members should be directly reporting to him/her.
3.Experience in Transitioning Finance and Accounting process including but not limited to Planning Knowledge Transfer, Process Documentation, Stabilization among others.
4.Stakeholder Management: Should be able to independently manage multiple Stakeholders including but not limited to leading calls / meetings, providing regular updates and so on.
What Will Put You Ahead
1.Exposure to SAP or similar ERP
2.Experience of working with Tools like Blackline, OneStream etc.
3.Experience in Transitioning / Setting up Accounting Processes in Shared Service Delivery Model.
