You will be part of the HR & Admin team by one of our experienced Managers to execute all HR & Admin related activities for KES Business. You will be responsible for taking care of Coordinating manpower planning, end to end recruitment, and induction & ensuring cultural fit. You will ensure that the confidentiality is maintained between the internal and external customer. Should be able to work in a dynamic situation for extending support to all the customers by following the procedures laid. Must have good communication skills and be flexible to work on Saturdays if desired by Management.
What You Will Do In Your Role
·Support for implementation and improvement of HR policies and rules.
·Generation of various monthly reports.
·Maintaining the employee master data.
·Maintaining a healthy work environment and facilitating employee satisfaction.
·Employee Relations: Continuous interaction with employees to understand and resolve their grievances and keep them motivated and satisfied to enhance the productivity, Event Management- Organizing official functions, recreational activities like picnic, sports & social activities.
·Employee Relations, joining formalities, Induction, Administration, Employee leave and attendance management.
·Ensuring overall co-ordination in recruitment process and Reference Check.
·Documentation of the New hires – maintaining their Personal files.
·Provide general administrative support to the Mumbai office professionals
·Maintain proper document maps for easy access when needed To ensure that the company’s business records are managed effectively and efficiently, from creation through disposition
The Experience You Will Bring
·Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Coordinating manpower planning, end to end recruitment, induction & training programme.
·Bachelor’s degree essential.
·Good written and verbal communication skills.
·Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
·Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
·Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
·Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to accurately follow instructions
