Functional Support Analyst


The Functional Support Analyst (FSA) will be a part of a global team that develops, tests, delivers, and supports new and existing applications focused on the treasury capability for Koch Industries, Inc, and its subsidiaries. The FSA will report to a Supervisor in the Koch Global Services India and will be an integral member of a Center of Excellence. This individual will support treasury processes, the overall Kyriba platform, and proactively monitor systems and integrations. The FSA role is the primary contact point for the treasury user community in the APAC region as well as the first level of support for system integration monitoring and administration activities. The FSA will have broad knowledge of the overall system and will be counted on to solve problems and identify where things can be more efficient and automated.

Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KTC rapidly scales up its operations in India, it’s employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees.
