Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a Transient Recruiter (Bilingual) to join our team! This role will be responsible for attracting and selecting top transient talent for Optimized Process Designs (OPD) https://www.opdepc.com/ and Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) https://www.kochservices.com/. The ability to establish effective partnerships with field operations and professional services teams to staff projects throughout the U.S. and ensure we are delivering services that exceed our customers’ expectations is a key component to success in this role.

The Transient Recruiter (Bilingual) will develop effective relationships with hiring managers and HR to anticipate and satisfy the needs of the business while coaching and guiding them throughout the process. The role of the Transient Recruiter (Bilingual) will reside in the Houston area at our Deerpark, TX location. This role will require travel in and throughout Gulf Coast regions.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Lead all aspects of full life cycle recruiting; partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, assess external/internal candidates against job profiles, and apply behavior-based interviewing techniques to assess for knowledge and cultural fit
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and use research techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to identify and attract a diverse slate of quality candidates
  • Gather, analyze and present information related to the supply/demand of talent, the labor market and compensation hiring trends, to new sourcing avenues, and other relevant market data
  • Adhere to and provide guidance on internal/external laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies and procedures related to maintaining compliance throughout the selection process
  • Ensure data management and integrity by utilizing all available technology and systems to track and report relevant data
  • Support multiple customers in different areas of industry, positions and locations 
  • Building effective relationships with our Field and Professional services leadership teams 

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; both written and verbal 
  • Familiarity with Specialized Turnaround and Construction services in the gas processing and petrochemical industries

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience recruiting for industrial or production roles
  • Experience building relationships with remote business partners
  • Experience with OFCCP processes
  • Experience working in the skilled crafts jobs in the heavy construction industry
  • 3+ year(s) of full-cycle recruiting or staffing industry experience
