Here you will execute start-up and commissioning activities of our unique membrane systems for our customers withing a variety of different industries, from Automotive to Dairy. Field Service Technician / Engineer (m/f/d) - Membrane Systems

Home Office Based In Germany, BeNeLux or France

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Sole responsibility for start-up and commissioning of KSS membrane systems in the Western Europe Region (France including French speaking Northern Africa, Benelux, UK, Iberian Peninsula) including creation, revision and updates of system documentations
  • Support our European Sales team with technical expertise
  • System audits and system data collection within a Customer Claim Evaluation
  • Providing technical support and service to customers
  • Conducting of pilot trials at customer sites
  • Conduct customers visits (travel up to 25–50%)

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Technical education/apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Food/Dairy or Biotech Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in a Field Service position
  • Advanced experience in servicing processing equipment in the food, dairy or life science industry
  • Fluent French and English language skills, in order to effectively communicate with our customers
  • A strong team player having a high technical problem-solving capacity and a hands-on mentality
  • Driving License required
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Fluent language skills in German or any other European language
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical and process control engineering for food, dairy or life science equipment systems
  • Direct experience in membrane separation and its application on industrial scale
  • Experience in thermal separation/drying technologies
