Contractor Services Manager
Flint Hills Resources Pine Bend location is looking for a Contractor Services Manager. In this role you will lead a team of construction professionals with Safety at the core, that provide contractor labor/services to PB Refinery for an annualized Small Cap, Base & TA portfolio of approximately $125MM. This portfolio requires a contractor headcount that fluctuates between 400 - 4000 contractors to support the needs of the plant. Reporting to the Contractor Services Manager, is a team that is responsible for, but not limited to: Contractor Performance, Contractor Safety Training & Programs, Onboarding & Acclimation, Contractor warehousing & Logistics to support Projects & TA, Allocation management, Timekeeping, Competitive Rates and T&C's for contractors, all aspects of facility management while keeping a healthy relationship with the St.Paul Building Trades.
The successful candidate will optimize and seamlessly integrate his/her organization to support the capabilities of Projects, Turnarounds, Asset Management & Field Ops to create the most value for FHR. The successful candidate will lead their organization to innovate, experiment and transform the way we deliver services to our customers by leveraging cutting edge tools & technology. The individual must effectively manage multiple initiatives while inspiring their team, maximize self-actualization for all team members by focus on individuals’ comparative advantages in a collaborative environment that leverage teamwork to achieve common goals. The candidate will be able to effectively and clearly communicate ideas both formally and informally, while also demonstrating self-motivation, results driven mentality, possess critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to manage daily business.
