Sales Manager (m/f)

Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for sales activities to indirect (e.g. Architects, Façade Consultants and Developers) and direct customers (i.e. Fabricators/Processors). You will influence the selection process of building materials in architectural projects.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Relationship Management with key players of the industry within the region
  • Maintain existing relationships and expand business network
  • Track the most recent market intelligence information about key international client account (largest developers/investors, architects and cladders)
  • Cooperate with Marketing, Pricing and Technical Services teams
  • Identify construction projects in the inception phase and gather information about the players involved (e.g. General Contractor, Owner, Cladder, Architect) and assess the scope of the project
  • Be involved in strategy and commercial planning
  • Negotiate pricing whilst respecting the guidelines

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is a must
  • Experience in construction industry is a strong plus
  • Civil engineering/architecture educational background would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in outside sales
