Job Description

  • Develop & implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source high quality candidates
  • Manage the full life cycle hiring process
  • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
  • Contact qualified, passive and active candidates to determine interest level
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications for job fit
  • Schedule and coordinate telephone and in-person interviews
  • Manage multiple requisitions for a variety of positions
  • Manage vendors and recruiting partners
  • Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking and direct sourcing
  • Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline
  • Develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients by earning respect and acting with the greatest amount of professionalism
  • Assist with the creation job descriptions and job postings
  • Manage applicant’s information and update status on applicant tracking software system

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking software system preferred
  • Well organized to implement sourcing and tracking strategies for multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, creative, tenacious and team spirited
  • Passionate internal and external customer focus
  • Handle details accurately and in a timely manner
  • Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Must be self-motivated, networked, competitive and a team-player
