OPPORTUNITY: Campus Recruiting Lead

Our world class Talent Solutions team builds the foundation of our success by finding extraordinary people that share our values. The Campus Recruiting Lead will partner directly with stakeholders and leadership across the organization to own the Campus or Early Careers strategy that aligns with the needs of the business. The person will be responsible for developing and driving our Campus strategy across India and will work closely with the existing team to help position the Koch brand on campus and develop a campus outreach program.

Job Description

  • Execution of all Campus recruitment related activities
  • Handling pre and post campus activities (audit of trainee documents, updating portals/trackers/kits etc.) 
  • Contributing in end-to-end joining formalities and the onboarding experience
  • Managing internal systems/portals
  • Contributing to Campus branding initiatives and help position Koch as an Employer of Choice in campuses
  • Building relationships and networks across key campuses across the region

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years' of relevant experience
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Ability to interact well with all stakeholders & take tasks to closure
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
