We are seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join our Consumer Business Supply Chain organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work in a collaborative and customer focused environment. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Utilize SAP to manage orders from order creation to post-delivery to include resolving customer order blocks
  • Apply strong communication skills to develop relationships with buyers to profitably anticipate and satisfy customers’ needs
  • Act as a principled entrepreneur by identifying process improvements, key service trends, and cost savings opportunities to drive improvements and create value
  • Analysis and reporting of customer supply chain metrics: on-time, case fill rate, and other service metrics
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency and complete tasks in a timely manner by exercising sound judgment and prioritization skills
  • Communicate and partner with cross-functional teams to include order management, sales, marketing, transportation, and contacts at the facilities, to solve business problems

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in supply chain, customer service or order management
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (to include basic pivot tables and formulas), Outlook, Teams and Word

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • SAP experience, preferably S4 Hana
  • A minimum of three (3) years of order management and/or supply chain experience
  • Experience at a consumer products company
