Onboarding Coordinator - Edmonton

Koch-Glitsch is currently seeking a  Onboarding Coordinator for our Edmonton, Alberta facility for a fixed term to support our Field Service group. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the onboarding process required for our employees at various sites across Canada
  • Communicating project details and expectations over the phone and through e-mail
  • Discussing project opportunities with prospective employees
  • Collecting and cataloguing safety tickets
  • Booking pre-access testing
  • Assist Staffing Coordinator

Expectations:

  • 100% compliance
  • Professional and effective communication
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and developing relationships with managers
  • Utilizing best practices with regards to employee privacy and proprietary information

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency with MS Office software
  • Experience with personnel administration an asset
  • Technical knowledge, or previous experience relevant to the shutdown/turnaround industry a strong asset


The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check.
