Georgia Pacific is looking for you to become our next Sales Coordinator! 

Georgia Pacific Chemicals is looking for an individual to support the Wood Adhesive Chemical Sales team in the U.S. This role is 100% home-based and will require some travel. In this role you will collaborate with team members, manufacturing, customer service and R&D. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, West. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Primary point of contact for transactional issues for Wood Adhesive customers and WinPro
  • Provide contract administration support for all Wood Adhesive Pricing
  • Pricing maintenance in ERP system
  • Work closely with Sales Reps and Business Managers to develop pricing POV, freight and Request for Quotation
  • Own Credit/Debit workflow
  • Subject matter expert for Ariba regarding customer ordering process, accounts payable and receivables
  • Provide feedback and approvals in all functional software, security roles and process changes 
  • Enhance the skills/knowledge of functional leaders on changes within the ERP system 
  • Coordinate product commercialization between Sales, R&D, Regulatory and Manufacturing 
  • Assist in new employee onboarding and training 
  • Primary backup for Industrial Sales Coordinator 
  • Supply administrative support to the Regional Manager 


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, finance, inside sales or a related field 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to maximize the customer experience 
  • Experience working in an ERP system
  • Experience analyzing sales data to make business decisions and understand financial implications
  • Experience handling difficult conversations with customers 
  • Travel up to 25%


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business or related field 
  • Infor M3 Enterprise System experience 
  • Experience using Power BI or Tableau 
  • Experience with Ariba 
  • Working knowledge of accounting/finance
