PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Molex is a Globally recognized provider of electronic solutions and it is headquartered at Lisle, United states of America. Global supply chain services (GSCS) is service provider for Global Molex entities and its subsidiary company with operation setup located at Bangalore, India

Legal Contracts review is part of Procurement Capabilities assignment, driven by Global Supply Chain – CoE Management. In this role, includes responsibility of legal contracts/Non-disclosure agreement review for Molex and subsidiary entity. Functionally supports to Legal depart of Molex global.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Capable to work as Team management & individual contributor for Legal contract

•Aptitude for handling requests independently 

•Analytical skills

•As part of the legal & Procurement Capabilities team, reviewing and comparing standard form agreements, confidentiality Agreements, NDAs, Indemnities, business contracts, vendor contracts, RFPs, Tender Documents, SOWs, maintenance contracts etc. by incorporating best industry practice in such contracts and to identify the risk exposure to the company

•Assist the sales Legal team in various legal assignments and ensuring timely and satisfactorycompletion of assignment as per given timelines

•Ability to write/re-write the legal review workflow process

•Filing system

•Proof-reading, reviewing, editing, revising legal documents & contracts

•Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and work ethic, with a desire to learn and take ownership of tasks

•Basic contract law knowledge (knowledge of litigation procedure, bankruptcy law and/or UCC liens a plus).

•Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on top of each account

•Meet tight deadlines

•Comply with internal, as well as legal, procedures and policies

•Long term goal of growing with the company

•Cross functional interaction, specifically with Sales, Purchasing & Legal department

•Ready to move and take ownership on other process execution of procurement capabilities – Vertical (Vendor management, Contracts, Material management streams)

•Daily/weekly basis review with supervisor

•Report Management

EDUCATION:

Required:

Preferred:Any Graduate/ LLB

WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE:

Preferred:Min 3 – 6 Years

•Fast Learning and adaptation skills system and process

•Ability to work as part of a Team, and make best use of collective knowledge and expertise of the global team members into business environment.

•Ability to understand business activities of the business,
both locally and globally.

•Professional attitude and ability to build respect and
credibility among the stakeholders.

•Extensive working knowledge in Windows 10 / XP, MS
Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentations, Outlook, SAP Ariba, SAP etc.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
