TA Document Control Assistant

Description

Koch Fertilizer Canada is looking for an energetic, highly organized individual to join its Turnaround team in a 6 month term to help manage the Turnaround documents while also ensuring accuracy, quality and integrity. The focus of this role will be to centralize records used by turnaround, maintenance and operations personnel, primarily in an electronic format, so that they are current, accurate and easily accessible to customers.

The length of this position may extend up to six (6) months

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Consolidate, organize and maintain electronic job books for Turnaround
  • Assist with electronic Inspection templates
  • Perform quality checks on scanned documents
  • Provide administrative support prior to and during the event
  • Self-directed, able to work independently and be highly motivated
  • Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy; comfortable handling confidential and sensitive documents according to policy
  • Demonstrated work ethic and high degree of organizational and time management skills
  • Able to coordinate and communicate clearly within team settings
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (ie. GED)
  • At least one (1) year of administrative work experience in a fast-paced
  • Strong software skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Class Five Driver’s License
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and able to sit, stand, kneel as necessary


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Certificate in Office or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Maximo (CMMS) and Procore
