Polymer Production Capability Leader
·Provide Leadership and Direction that will keep shift Team continually aligned with our Yinglon Vision and at the end of Each Shift be able to classify whole shift 12 hours as a “Good Day”.
·Follow ALL EHS Compliance Requirements.
·Provide Mentorship, Training and Consistency for Shift Team.
·Make sure our Risk Management, Best Practices and MBM culture is always part of Teams Day to Day activities.
·Manufacturing and preserving finished product that meets customer requirements.
·Develop Shift Supervisor Competency Model.
·Develop Front line technician capability development Program
·Build up knowledge system for help knowledge transform across the functions
·Set up group discussion/case study/knowledge sharing to improvement Principled Entrepreneurship and generate transformation ideas
·Ensure the all-team member understand their own assignment and the connection to Yinglon site vision and objectives in our playbook.
·Mentor Shift Team leaders to execute performance management, be proficient to the employee performance management cycle and pay review cycle.
·Attract, retain and develop diverse group of talented people consistent with our values/beliefs and MBM principles and continue to upgrade the talent pool.
·Multi-national work experience in chemical/polymer industry: 7+ years for Bachelor Degree, at least 2 years supervisory experience in process operations.
·Has chemical/polymer plant work experience.
·Understanding of safety and compliance risk; local regulations, and how to mitigate and manage risk.
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·Experience in planning and/or executing plant outages such as turnarounds
·Workable English in both speaking and writing.
·Demonstrated good troubleshooting skills
Knowledge & Skills Preferred:
·Experience with polymer production or similar process.
