What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Create regional sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
  • Forecast quarterly and annual business numbers
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase business effectiveness

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar sales role selling industrial products / projects
  • In-depth knowledge of various industrial sectors and verticals, end users, OEMs and consultants
  • Knowledge of dairy sector would be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Should be a team player
