What You Will Do In Your Role

-Provide administrative support to project team, managing incoming and outgoing transmittals

Provide backup administrative support to the team, including but not limited to the following:

-Schedule and coordinate for appointments, meetings, conferences with team members and people out of China

-Make travel arrangements for the team members, oversea travelers, Follow up with Service vendors

-Prepare various reports including cost report, working report and entertainment sheet

-Office stuff management including stationary, facilitation etc

-Coordinate on office stuff purchase

-Act as RIM coordinator & PD coordinator for the business

-Organizes and expedite flow of work through supervisor’s office, initiate follow-up action

-Place purchase/service order in SAP

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

-With good English in both writing and speaking

-With good MS office skills

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Entrepreneurship principle and team spirit

-Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
