Our Graduate Program Structure:

By joining our Graduate Engineering Programme, in either our Sligo or Letterkenny sites, you will gain valuable experience by rotating across key engineering disciplines at 6-month intervals, for example, in Manufacturing, Quality, New Product Introductions and Operations. You will be assigned a dedicated Mentor who will support you in developing your skills and experience as you progress through the 23-month programme.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Participate in cross functional teams to establish validation strategies and objectives, determination of sampling techniques and statistical analysis.

  • Support training of Operators and Manufacturing personnel on changes.

  • Support complex engineering issues with cross functional teams (Manufacturing, NPI and Quality)

  • Identification of process improvement opportunities to include improved quality, increased capacity/service, and product cost.)

  • Perform other assigned tasks as directed by Manufacturing Engineer or Head of Function. Contributes to the achievement of the company goals and KPI’s

  • Efficient management of all administrative and technical aspects of the product validations and re-validations.

  • Generate change forms, protocols for validations, review data and compile reports.

  • Help to coordinate validation activities across all departments.


Education Requirements:

  • Applications will be considered from a range of STEM disciplines including the following: Mechanical,Mechatronics, Polymer and Quality.

  • To be eligible for this programme, you must have Graduated last year (2020) or have an anticipated Graduate Date in 2021.


What Will Put You Ahead?

  • Knowledge of software; Cad Design/ Solid Works and Minitab.

  • Medical industry/Warehouse related work experience would be an advantage
