What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Analyze assigned customer portfolio, competitors’ situation (price/product/supply situation) in order to have a holistic view to map out strategy to win. 
  • Gather market demand, understand competitors’ offerings of targeted product and work with BU/GPM on how to increase Molex share 
  • Analyze General Product POP/POS price to maximize Molex profit and avoid distributors’ price abuse 
  • Improve relationship between Molex and customers at all levels. 
  • Consistently review the salesforce opportunities to ensure there is adequate pipeline to grow Molex business 
  • Track all projects’ status and manage them, including forecast through Sales Force. This include working thru Case with planning/ operation teams on supply/capacity support 
  • Negotiate any S&E and mitigate AR/Tariff related issues with Finance team 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor 

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Minimum 3 years experience in account management/inside sales in electronic industry. 
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English. 
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software. 
  • Excellent customer relation’s skills, strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload, interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers & external contacts to respond positively to situations. 
  • Bachelor degree of Business/Admin/Engineering
