We are looking for an Senior Supply Chain Analyst resource to join growing team of supply chain analytics experts and manage processes for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. This resource is required to see solutions in unorganized data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in supply chain planning, inventory, and warehousing areas.
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
  • Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Work with cross functional teams to meet supply chain objectives such as inventory and warehousing optimization.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain or Data Analytics 
  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Supply Chain, or Logistics 
  • Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI
  • Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
  • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
  • Experience with Alteryx or other analytics tools
  • Sufficient to strong programming skills with querying languages: SQL, SAS, Python,etc.
  • Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
  • Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques: for example, GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
  • Experience with big data tools: Teradata, Aster, Hadoop, etc.
  • Experience in the consumer products industry
  • Background in market research and project management
