Technical Project Manager – Medical Device

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Responsible for the technical device design, ensuring match with the design scope, plan and budget.
  • Follow-up on progress planning/budget with the Design Leads (Electronics, Mechanics, Software)
  • Set direction and manage alignment between the Design Leads
  • Ensure that the combined cross-functional design adheres to the Design Input.
  • Drive and facilitate major technical design decisions
  • Writing design input requirements
  • Facilitate the requirement breakdown process and traceability
  • Drive technical discussions and communication with the Sponsor
  • Ensure multidisciplinary and cross-functional project development
  • Ensure the team is working according to the System Design Life-cycle
  • Cooperation with the Project Manager

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Mechatronics/Electronics/Mechanics/Software or related field.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Medical Device Regulation and Design Control.
  • Extensive of experience with medical device development.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues and customers.
  • Great communication skills, to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams and with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven lead capabilities.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experienced in leading a cross-functional development team at system level with reference to a Project Manager.
  • Proven experience and skills in writing and maintaining technical requirements.
  • Strong technical understanding.
