John Zink Hamworthy Combustion is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to work in our Aftermarket Group located in Tulsa, Oklahoma – we are also open to someone living in Wichita, KS or Houston, TX.

This role supports 3 of the KES Aftermarket companies.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Create, monitor and update Salesforce.com software Reports and Dashboards for Aftermarket Group
- Create and maintain automated report distribution to relevant groups
- Manage Asset information in Salesforce.com software including mass global data uploads and updates
- Leverage Salesforce.com software to improve communication platform between our outside and inside sales teams
- Maintain report and dashboard archive.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
Associate degree
- Experience with sales support or marketing support
- 1+ years of Salesforce.com software experience managing data, creating dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Must be able to work overtime occasionally when required
What Will Put You Ahead
2+ years' experience in the refining and petrochemical market
- Advanced Salesforce knowledge in customized dashboards, customized reports, apps and manipulating large datasets
- 2+ years’ experience with VISIBILITY ERP system
- A 4-year college degree
