Description
Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist position at our new manufacturing facility St. Croix Meadows in Hudson, WI to support manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Prepare finished goods and paperwork per customer requirements for shipment
- Coordinate freight carriers with freight deliveries
- Maintain UPS Computer system, shipments/tracking
- Request proof of delivery and track shipments when received
- Receive incoming freight
- Transact material moving between facilities
- Complete proper paperwork for hazardous material shipments, which includes MSD
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- 1-3 years in shipping/receiving/materials preferred
What Will Put You Ahead
- Ability to operator a Forklift (complete training and testing)
- Ability to meet physical requirements for the position (Frequently lift 10-50lbs. Frequent standing, walking, carrying and reaching)
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP Experience Preferred)
- Knowledge of international shipping requirements preferred
