We are hiring an 

Advanced Quality Planning Engineer - AQPE

based in Sulęcin, woj. Lubuskie, Polska


What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Complete AQP activities in accordance with the Product Development Process (identification of risks, compliance to customer requirements, smooth project transition from the design center to the manufacturing plant) 
  • Facilitate the development of measurement plans / methods and lead effective dimensional qualification of new products at FOT (First Off Tool) 
  • Support the work of the quality department by using appropriate statistical methods of data analysis 
  • Manage and support Lean Six Sigma project and activities introducing improvements in the organization 
  • Implementation of initiatives aimed at improving quality 
  • Organize appropriate meetings to analyze quality and control activities and implement corrective and preventive actions 
  • Support first-level management and managers
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify business improvement opportunities 
  • Comply with procedures related to the integrated management system 


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PPAP submission process and core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SP)
  • Understanding of Product Development Process
  • team management skills 
  • strategic thinking skills 
  • willingness to take on challenges and to show initiative 
  • availability and flexibility 
  • ability to work independently and critical thinking 
  • ability to manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • SAP, Minitab knowledge - very nice to have
  • fluent English and Polish


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Field
  • Profound Experience in a quality role, preferably in manufacturing production industry (emphasis on cable harness production)
  • knowledge of Global Lean Six Sigma (GLSS) tools
