We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Supply Chain & Logistic Department.
Your main function: Support for customs procedures and execution for flows between EU-UK during the Cold Tank Repair. Duration: 6 months.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Daily control for orders affected by Brexit
- Organising all shipments affected with custom brokers
- Preparing all documentations needed for customs clearance: CMR, Custom invoice, Packing list, Customs Clearance Instructions
- Timely preparation of documentation and authorization for carriers to cross the border
- Maintenance of records in share point
- Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions.
- Providing improvement processes feedback
- Collaborate in a mini project: "Update the ETA for export". Analyse current situation for export (comparing with domestic), define a new procedure with suppliers, define communications with our ERP / customers, etc.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Eligible candidates will be enrolled in a related Bachelor’s or Master degree (Logisitcs & Supply Chain Management) to be able to sign an agreement between University and Company.
- Logistic Konowledge (Incoterms, import and export, etc.)
- Fluent in English, any other foreign languages are an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational skills and attention to details
