Teamcenter Engineer (L3 Support)
Support Siemens TeamCenter implementation and provide TeamCenter related Level3 supports to the Product Development engineers.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Support Siemens TeamCenter implementation by designing CAD/CAM/CAE data migration to TeamCenter, configuring the business models with BMIDE, and designing the File Management System/Workflows/Access Controls with administrator tools.
Provide Siemens TeamCenter related Level3 supports (highest point of incident escalation) to the Product Development engineers by analyzing root-causes, developing workarounds, changing the TeamCenter configurations, and submitting Incident Report to Siemens Support Center.
Other duties as required by management.
The Experience You Will Bring
lExperience in designing CAD/CAM/CAE data migration to TeamCenter
lExperience with Siemens TeamCenter administration, using Business Moldeler IDE, File Management System, Workflows Manager, and Access Manager.
lExperience in provide Siemens TeamCenter related technical supports to the Product Development engineers by analyzing root-causes, developing workarounds, changing the TeamCenter configurations, and submitting Incident Report to Siemens Support Center.
lStrong verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Proficiency with Windows-based toolchains, Microsoft Office 365 applications, and common business tools.
What Will Put You Ahead
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Siemens TeamCenter administration
Experience in Siemens Polarion administration
