The Launch Director is to lead the global Enterprise Applications launching for our global Engineering centers and our manufacturing plants in Asia. Primary focus will be on deploying MES and PLM systems as part of our Digital Transformation and according to budget, schedule, quality standards and business requirements. As we progress with deployment, the Launch Director will also establish a sustaining organization in charge of continuous improvement for our global Enterprise Applications.

What You Will Do In Your Role

·Cooperate with executives and management to formulate long-term strategic goals for Global Enterprise Application deployment and application services support.

·Define Global Enterprise Application launch approach, roadmap, planning, deployment execution and sustainment to enhance business satisfaction and IT operation efficiency.

·Lead Enterprise Applications Deployment execution for our standard corporate platforms, including PLM, ALM, MES and others.

·Ensure operational support teams meet KPIs on response, resolution, aging and satisfaction to provide exceptional service.

·Continuously drive efficiency from the IT budget by managing our external contractors involved into deployment activities. Coach and develop team members; build and develop a strong organization.

The Experience You Will Bring


·Bachelor’s degree or above on Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Manufacturing Operations.

·15+ years of working experience with IT Business applications (on deployment and operational support) related to Manufacturing & Operation and Engineering.

·10+ years of working experience at a top-tier company in IT, Automotive or Electronics manufacturing Industry.

    ·10+ years of progressive leadership and technology experience with a successful delivering improved business outcomes through effective deployment of applications in complex global and multi-cultural environment.

    ·A high integrity leader, values driven, authentic and collaborative. Makes decisions with the organization’s values in mind.

    ·Experience in improving the business value by leveraging technology.

    ·Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    ·Experience with developing, implementing, and managing a portfolio of Enterprise Applications and accompanying integration of technologies within budget and Timing. Ideally the Enterprise Applications are PLM, ALM, MES, ERP from Siemens and SAP.

      ·Global operational management, skilled at cross-cultural leadership. In-depth understanding of the capabilities, complexities and constraints of a global enterprise-wide application deployment and operation Service Management.
