Territory Sales Manager

Description

We are looking for you to become a Territory Sales Manager in UAE to join the commercial team in the region.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Meeting the sales targets within the designated territory / area
  • Developing a close relationship with all major accounts to grow the business and find new business
  • Promote the full range of products with the focus on Value added and High Value-added products
  • Understanding of the products, trends, opportunities, and competitive activity
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire more business for existing & new customers
  • Monitor sales data and updates from the area of responsibility: economic trend, customers’ business development, supply, and demand trend
  • Maximize return (Profitability), product mix and customers’ portfolio
  • Mitigate the commercial risk and use of economical thinking in the decision-making process
  • Coordinate with all Guardian’s stakeholders and ASMs/ADMs present in your area and others in the region to leverage knowledge
  • Effective use of CRM and other sales tools like Sales Force to forecast and stay on top of the results

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • Residing in UAE with a UAE driving license
  • Proven experience in sales within building materials industry (Preferable Glass and or Aluminum)
  • Demonstrable sales track record
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Integrity and transparency
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related field
  • Strong command of English written and spoken
  • Soft Skills: Microsoft main applications
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous experience in glass industry 
  • Fluent in Arabic
