Phillips-Medisize is seeking a Business Analyst - SAP Operations for the implementation and support of new and existing SAP functionality for the Operations functional areas. This position will focus on the Operations capabilities of SAP (MII, Labor and material efficiency, shop floor execution) while interfacing with other capability areas to bring an end-to-end robust solution. What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Provide leadership by working closely with business function areas to understand business processes, review current systems, and define data requirements. Evaluates current system capabilities and identifies system modifications or changes that need to be made to current business processes.
  • Works as a team member with TECH and application development resources to implement system changes. Communicates detailed requirements and timelines to appropriate TECH department.
  • Construct change request/enhancement requests along business opportunity for Molex TMO submission.
  • Performs tests of new and updated functionality to verify desired results are achieved. Evaluates results and coordinates changes to improve system performance. Creates test plans as required.
  • Organizes and tracks the progress of implementations and applications changes by applying project management techniques. Identifies issues that will delay on-time delivery and assists in resolving them. Communicates to TECH and management the status and problems with work assignments. Provides assistance to overcome obstacles and complete projects.
  • Provides on-going support including training of ITC’s (Information Technical Coordinator), auditing of data, troubleshooting system problems, answering questions regarding system usage, and developing system enhancements.
  • Collaborates with Organization Change Management team to develop and maintain system related documentation. Assists in divisional wide communication of training changes and change management
  • Leads functional team councils to establish uniform communication across enterprise and standardization of application of SAP solution.
  • Connect sites to SAP solution for value realization initiatives. Evaluate current progress to commitment and identify modifications and changes to enable full value proposition
  • Helps to develop and maintain system related documentation
  • Understand, support and contribute to current MPS compliance and QMS requirements within SAP solution to minimize compliance risks
  • Provides leadership and coordinates cross functional teams on special projects.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree OR 2+ years of equivalent work-related experience
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an SAP environment
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% as needed
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
