KES – China is actively looking for talent to grow its business by increasing sales to our Customers. As a Sales Administrator, you will administration work and daily support to the commercial group of KES China. You need to embrace Koch’s culture and principles and develop solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners. You will also be engage for varies commercial activities including sales, proposal, marketing etc, which will also provide more possibility to develop your skill and experience. If you have a strong desire to fulfill the career goals in this area, you might be our ideal candidate. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Daily administration to the commercial team including functions of sales, marketing, commercial & cost estimate, and management.
  • Salesforce system maintenance with input from sales manager.
  • Assist commercial head to facilitate regular sales report updates based on sales review meeting and Salesforce system.
  • Assist application engineer to facilitate the proposal activities and proposal process in according to company procedures.
  • Assist marketing manager to develop proposal documents.
  • Assist marketing and inside sales manager on event organization, marketing documentation, presentation & proposal template development and exhibitions etc.
  • Additional duties as required by supervisor.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Minimum of 3 years similar working experience
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Good networking skills
  • Well organized and able to work independently
  • Strong adherence to compliance 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • University degree in Engineering or Marketing or Business education background is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin and strong report writing skills
  • Experience in dealing with refineries & petrochemicals industries
