What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Payroll Management: 
  1. Provide HR service on payroll processing for assigned businesses 
  2. Support the employment relationship case for business HR, e, g, severance pay simulation, documentations/data/report preparation, and related consultation. 
  3. Support the activities regarding the statutory social benefits and benefits administration. 
  4. Partner with HR compliance to review, identify and access government policy & regulation changes on payroll and individual income tax. Support to manage and mitigate compliance risks that KGS, our customers, and projects are exposed to and ensure 100% compliance on payroll and benefit. 
  5. Partner with HRIS to check and review the impact of G2 configuration issue on external payroll system and monthly payroll (if have) 
  6. Answer employees/HRBP’s queries in payroll related area. Summarize and present knowledge sharing documents to employees/HRBP on new payroll policies per needs. 
  7. Back up the payroll & Benefit services for other Koch China companies (when needed) 
  • Individual Income Tax (including government interaction) : 
  1. Provide HR services on the individual income tax for assigned businesses 
  2. Support the annual tax filing activities for assigned businesses, e.g. knowledge sharing, communication, and provide the effective solutions/suggestions to BHR and employees. 
  3. Work closely with external vendor regarding IIT management and ensure timely and quality service. 
  4. Handle online/onsite activities regarding IIT management outside of Fesco Adecco’s service scope per needs. 
  5. Support the individual income tax related refund/incentive application 
  • Vendor Interaction: 
  1. Work closely with external payroll vendor, be sensitive to spot the issue in payroll calculation/configuration, dig-out and understand the root cause to enhance result accuracy and drive process stabilization. 
  2. Partner with external payroll vendor to upgrade the existing configuration to improve efficiency and accuracy of monthly payroll. (if have) 
  3. Work closely with internal/external finance team to ensure payroll payments are delivered on time. 
  • Project: 
  1. Support the global HRS transformation initiatives (International Payroll and benefit) 
  2. Support to accomplish the projects regarding HR Operations of HR solutions 2.0 roadmap 
  3. Support the process standardization and continuous improvement. E.g. create the process map, DTP 
  4. Monitor and improve the service quality of payroll vendor by continuously coaching during daily work and monthly review meeting. 
  5. Support for benefit related projects, e, g. Mercer survey and other surveys 
  • Reporting & Auditing support: 
  1. Provide payroll report & cost report based on business’s needs. 
  2. Support external/Internal audit requests by providing related information and documentation 
  3. Support government related application, survey and reporting. 
  4. Provide supporting documents/reports to finance team per needs. 

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelor or equivalent 
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in HR payroll and benefit services experiences, have factory payroll operation experiences is preferred. 
  • Good knowledge on China employment and labor related laws and HR compliance experiences 
  • Be able to take multi-tasks under high pressure and can deliver high quality work. 
  • Be customer focus, positive, initiative and result-oriented 
  • Good interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills 
  • Good command of both written and oral English 
  • Prefer with HR systems operation experience (T&A system, SAP etc..) 
  • Good health
