Description

Koch Fertilizer, LLC is seeking a motivated and self-driven Scheduler to join our team in Wichita, KS. The successful candidate will be responsible for relationship development with external and internal customers including additional supporting capabilities, transportation track and trace, and managing the transportation system.

• Manage transactional systems and ensure timely input and reconciliation
• Apply analysis to process' and create efficiencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task across numerous businesses and product lines
• Strong problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced environment
• Proven collaboration skills across multiple capabilities and locations
• Connected to business strategies and P&L
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of an on-call rotation approximately every 12 weeks (you will be issued a company laptop & cell phone)

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word (to write business correspondence), Excel (for use of spreadsheets, reporting and simple formulas), and Outlook (for internal and external correspondence)
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years business, procurement or logistics experience with a HS Diploma or GED

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) transportation management system
• Bot/Dataloader/ABBYY experience
• Customer service and CRM tool experience
• Leadership experience
• Experience with Microsoft Teams or other collaboration software
