Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for a PDM/PLM Administrator Lead in Tulsa, OK to support our PDM and PLM implementation efforts. As a highly motivated, self-starter you will be passionately pursuing excellence implementing our PDM and PLM solutions across KES Equipment Group globally. The primary focus areas will be helping to design alternative software experiments to ensure the best PDM and PLM software are chosen, integrating chosen software with other business software, establishing standards for PDM and PLM, creating workflows, assisting in upgrade testing/upgrades, and general maintenance and support for PDM and PLM software.

This role is open to remote/ work from home candidates with preference to sit in Wichita or Tulsa. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Assist stakeholders and implementation team in selecting best PDM/PLM software, implementation of chosen software, rollout of chosen software, adoption of chosen software, and integration of chosen software across all KES Equipment Group businesses globally
  • Coordination of efforts between IT, software company, operations team, and third-party technology suppliers
  • PDM/PLM ongoing administration and development
  • PDM/PLM user development and training
  • Familiar with digital workflows. Create and modify workflows, workflow notifications, and workflow approvals
  • Working knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes, procedures, and terminology
  • Understanding of access controls
  • Java scripting
  • Working knowledge of middleware
  • Debugging skills

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience with PDM software
  • 5+ years’ experience with PLM software
  • 2+ years’ experience implementing PDM and PLM software for midsize-large organizations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% which will include international travel

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years’ experience with PDM software
  • 10+ years’ experience with PLM software
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and Vault Professional
  • Knowledge of Infor ERP software integration

This role is eligible for variable pay based on performance and other related factors. Variable pay may be issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

Specific eligibility criteria is set by the applicable Summary Plan Description, policy or guideline.

For this position we anticipate paying $90,000 to $115,000 per year.
