Currently, we are seeking warehouse manager to join our team and manage operations within the plant consistently connected with our global and regional capability. This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, and packing activities in the warehouse. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, and track shipping times. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

Warehouse Manager   


  • Operational management of the warehouse, including disciplinary & professional management of the warehouse staff (day shift and shift operation) to ensure the highest level of customer service for internal and external customers while maintaining an efficient, safe, and clean warehouse.
  • Organizational planning & control of warehouse processes (goods receipt, goods issue, picking, packaging, shipping, and complaint) to ensure our quality standards as well as meeting and over-fulfilling all relevant KPIs.
  • Continuous analysis of existing logistics structures in close coordination with e.g. production, production planning, transport, and sales to continuously improve operations using best practices and to realize cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement the company’s Health and Safety policy, ensuring safe working conditions and practices within the Warehouse and develop new ideas to improve safety within the workplace.
  • Supporting the Senior Management Team in achieving plant objectives, driving change and innovation.
  • Coordination and execution of inventory as well as compliance with inventory accuracy.
  • Advance our company culture MBM (Market Based Management) as well as the guiding principles in the warehouse and wider.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Completed apprenticeship with a focus on warehousing/logistics or forwarding, ideally a further training as a master of warehouse logistics (m/f/d) or a comparable training/study.
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of warehouse management as well as minimum 5 years of management experience in companies in the manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive organizational skills with hands-on mentality as well as high team and communication skills.
  • High level of responsibility and security awareness for your area of responsibility with entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Good knowledge of English in words and writing
  • Safe handling of MS-Office applications
  • High commitment, initiative, and reliability
