Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Storeroom/Parts Coordinator for our Mt. Wolf, PA facility. The Storeroom/Parts Coordinator works with maintenance and is responsible for keeping our parts inventory maintained at optimum operating levels, purchasing and receiving based on facility needs. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Managing the store room inventory at optimum levels, including ordering parts, stocking parts, cycle counting, and running/analyzing reports for inventory management.
  • Interacting with personnel in all departments of the plant to support their requirements for parts, materials, supplies, and services.
  • Working with vendors across the US to identify and purchase equipment parts and identifying alternate suppliers to create value for the organization through better pricing, availability, and technology.
  • Processing large volumes of purchasing and maintenance work process transactions.
  • Ensuring that excess parts and scrap materials are properly managed.
  • Extensive verbal and written communications with employees at various levels in the organization.

The Experience You Will Bring


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word (to write business correspondence), Excel (for use of spreadsheets, reporting, simple formulas) and Outlook (for internal and external correspondence)
  • Able to work any shift, on-call, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Adhere to safety rules and regulations, including wearing all personal protective equipment
  • Experience identifying, recognizing, specifying, and ordering industrial machinery parts, both mechanical and electrical

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Associates degree (or higher) in Industrial Technology
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or store room environment
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery parts
