Acting Manager, Molding

1.

Define component departments’ strategy, key focus, KPIs and goals.

Plan, organize, execute and review to achieve the goals and increase revenue in line with plant goals and strategy.

2.

Responsible for Molding, Stamping, Plating operation to meet production plan, customer requirements and standards.

3.

Define policy, procedure, processes, and instructions for Molding, Stamping, Plating operation to use effectiveness of resources and improve overall machines effectiveness.

4.

Responsible for product test, transfer, and new product development within component departments and project management.

5.

Participate and execute operational excellence as zero defects, kaizen, GLSS, production cost saving plans and activities.

6.

Be accountable for human resource of component departments in term of:

a. Recruitment, retention, dismissal

b. Welfare and discipline

c. Training and career advancement

d. Job arrangement within the operation

e. Review RR&E and Performance Appraisal.

7.

Responsible for financial related to component departments’ operation.

8.

Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.

9.

Be accountable for the compliance of component departments to rules, procedures, and requirement in terms of:

a.7S & KAIZEN, ZD activities, GLSS

b. Environmental Health Safety

c. RBA & Social Responsibility

d. Protection of company assets

10.

Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

11.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
