Description
Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our St. Croix Meadows facility in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Support Coordinator to manage the calibration system and to act as the main point of contact.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Manage and coordinate Information required for calibration scheduling activities
- Obtain and review vendor documentation and database compliance as directed
- Manage, coordinate, and update information in databases used for the external division and maintain 100% compliance.
- Support QA department by obtaining necessary documents, supporting their requests and additional various needs including support of internal and external audits
- Support calibration financials by purchasing and invoicing properly to external and internal vendors and reviewing cost saving opportunities
- Take action in accordance to documented procedures when potential quality problems are identified
- Act as the main point of contact for new or existing gauge/fixture specification revisions
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- A minimum of (1) one year of experience in a quality-related role
- A minimum of (1) one year of experience working in a calibration environment
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working in a controlled manufacturing environment
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system
