Sole responsible party to manage the logistics of drug component labeling and materials from beginning to end of process at St. Croix Meadows in Hudson, Wisconsin. This includes the receipt, storage, processing, and shipment of drug components and finished goods. There are (2) openings on the day shift and (2) openings on the night shift. Each is a 12-hour rotating shift working every other weekend.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Ensure that all drug components, labeling and applicable materials are correctly labeled regarding identification and status throughout beginning to end processing.
  • Ensure that storage area location for drug component, labeling and related material storage is organized, segregated according to FIFO, quarantine, reject and approved
  • Ensure tamper protocols are in place and followed for all drug components.
  • Monitor and order drug component labeling supplies that are maintained in inventory
  • Perform system transactions so that ERP system reflects real time status of inventory
  • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and provide investigations for discrepant items
  • Prepare final product for shipping and conduct and transact all shipments
  • Develop creative solutions to problems and unexpected situations
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are consistent and documented

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of quality technician experience
  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
  • Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Willing to work either a 12-hour day or 12-hour night rotating shift working every other weekend (48 hours one week and 36 hours the next)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
  • Standing, walking, bending as needed 

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Knowledge of ISO 13485
  • Associate's degree in a quality, manufacturing or related technical field
