KBX Logistics in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join the fast pace and growing technical team. We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized individual to assist with business activities and administrative tasks to ensure the organization is running efficiently. This role will support the Operations Manager and will be part of a wide range of exciting initiatives. The Business Operations Coordinator may work on assignments related to projects, management initiatives, internal operating procedures, business processes and policies.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Collaborate with various departments to document standard operating procedures 
  • Maintain the flow of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process 
  • Filing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable documents 
  • Generate time keeping reports 
  • Maintain Billing processes 
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and working with departmental teams to problem solve and implement solutions 
  • Coordinating and facilitating Vendor and Customer meetings 
  • Attend weekly facilities meeting 
  • Space Management assignments (floor space) 
  • Facilities Management liaison 


The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 2+ years' of professional office experience 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word to write business correspondence, Excel for use of spreadsheets, reporting and simple formulas, and Outlook for internal and external correspondence 


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with AR/ AP processes
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and documentation 
  • Experience in Lucid 
  • Experience organizing and running meetings and events both in person and remote
