Senior HRIS Analyst

This position is required to take direction from all levels of the HRIS team and complete task as needed. This position will be the Project lead for assigned projects and face level of complexity or/and challenges independently. This position works on medium impacted projects with entities located in different regions of the globe. Responsible for the success of project, but not resources or costs.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • HR system support: Supports various HR system (new entities, modules, etc.), Also work closely with HR solutions team to ensure our support to customer in most efficient way and provide one stop shop to our customer
  • HR System Implementation & Updates: 
  1. Supports or leads Infor/SAP/Dayforce/Kronos/ADP System updates and implementations in APAC. Activities involve evaluating value and requirements, working with local management to ensure requirements are addressed, training users, converting data and supporting entities on an ongoing basis. 
  2. Works closely with global HRIS team, HR departments and HR solutions team to provide support on system updates, maintenance. Conducts system testing according to requirements, including writing test plans, managing testing processes, and documenting results. 
  • HRIS Projects: Supports global HRIS team with assigned HRIS projects. Such as Infor WFM (new time & attendance module) implementations (new entities, modules, etc.), and the like; by working with the appropriate HRIS team member(s) to train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis. This includes providing support on HRIS projects. This may include value evaluation, creating process documentation, assisting with test plans, auditing data, etc. 
  • HRIS Team: 
  1. Problem management for APAC locations in HR systems. 
  2. Coach new HRIS Analyst members and provide assistance. 
  3. Assist with regional HRS communications. 
  4. Assists in the development and maintenance of system related documentation and communicates to the regional HR community of any changes. 
  5. Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals. 
  6. Assists with global HRIS & other stakeholders communications. 
  • Understand, support and comply with current KOCH vision, policies and practices related business programs. Including but not limited to government regulations, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S), Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Management Systems. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Human Resources information systems Intermediate PC skills (MS Office) and a basic understanding of the fundamentals of HRIS applications.
  • Good problem solving and analytical ability. 
  • Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations. 
  • Proven self-management skills that demonstrate the ability to complete 
  • Able to complete assignments in a systematic and timely manner. 
  • Good listening/verbal/written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely to influence business decisions on systems and applications. 
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills for expressing ideas in a clearly and concisely to influence business decisions on systems and applications. 
  • Ability to travel if necessary. Bachelors Degree

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelors Degree in a field related to business management, Human Resources or information management 
  • Previous experience working with SAP HR 
  • Knowledgeable of project management techniques
