Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Menomonie, WI location is seeking two Quality Inspectors to support our operations at our medical manufacturing facility

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Perform inspections per control plans/inspection plans, document results, and make start-up decisions
  • Identify, contain and document all defective/suspect  product
  • Operate precision, measuring instruments in accordance with approved procedures
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control and quality system software programs
  • Verify, index, file and retrieve quality records
  • Participate in problem solving activities
  • Work within a team environment to complete other quality related duties as assigned
  • Some programs may have vision requirements
  • Obtain parts (pull) according to classification component checklist

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Understand basic statistical techniques
  • Able to operate inspection instruments
  • Understand statistical process control software
  • Able to read basic blueprints
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to communicate effectively to all levels of operations (operators, leads, managers, etc.)

SHIFT: Rotating 12 hour Schedule

  • Position #1: 5:00 pm to 5:00 am (N1)
  • Position #2: 5:00 am to 5:00 pm (D1)
