Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will support the Account Manager with the specific goal of maintaining profitable, sustainable growth. He/She will be supporting business activities that include managing purchase orders, invoicing, customer portals maintenance, surveys, and engineering changes among other activities as required. 

What You Will Do In Your Role

General Responsibilities

  • Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and execute commercial objectives and measurables in alignment with corporate goals and objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deal effectively with all functional teams and levels of management
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels and departments
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude and a strong ability to multi-task
  • Highly organized, systematic approach to work
  • Professional and high integrity presence
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturing facilities to resolve open issues relating to normal business activities

Customer Support

  • Manage Customer Portal Activities
  • Submit customer “tooling comp request”
  • Manage customer prototype orders
  • Invoicing corporate tooling
  • Work closely with customer AP

The Experience You Will Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or professional setting
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to multi-task 
  • Proficient in MS Office tools – strong Excel
