·Work as part of a distributed team providing operational support for an enterprise environment consisting of PKI, CyberArk, PingFederate, ADFS, AWS, DRM, MFA, Active Directory, Virtual Directory Services, and thousands of integrated applications as Koch continues to move to the cloud ·Provide operational support for modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth and OIDC) supporting single sign on services including incidents and tickets within the time zone and SLA. ·Participate in acquisition projects to integrate identity systems and accounts ·Participate in experiments with new technologies or new policies & procedures that drive innovation and advances for customers ·Utilize scripting tools such as python, java & PowerShell

·Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

·2-5 years of experience with support of a large multi (domain, forest, tenant) enterprise Strong understanding in one or more of the following: PKI, PAM, Directory Services and Modern Authentication (SAML, OAuth and OIDC)

·Must be willing to carry a company-provided smart phone, have home high-speed Internet, and may participate in a 24x7 on call rotation Must be willing to provide work overlap during US hours.

·Experience with Ping, AWS, Radiant Logic, Active Directory, CyberArk and related cloud applications

·Experience in handling, reducing and optimizing incidents to control the ticket inflow.

·Experience in continuous operational improvement

·Experience with applying security best practices to technology platforms

·Experience with application infrastructure- both traditional on-premises and cloud server-less
