    • Experience working on an agile team
    • Experience with administering and supporting O365 products
    • Knowledge of various scripting and process automation tools
    • Understanding Authentication modes (Both federated & non-federated) for O365 / Azure AD
    • Workflows (out of the box & custom), workflow task list, workflow history
    • Ability to configure service applications like search, metadata, user profile synchronization

    Will be required to carry a mobile device and participate in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation.

    ·Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

    ·Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate

    ·Administration, support and implementation of O365 Tools (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Delve, Yammer, O365 Video, etc.)

    ·Well versed in cloud-based file/content management applications and Collaboration ecosystems

    • Proficient understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology
