Description
Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Menomonie, Wisconsin Campus is seeking a Site Trainer to support our new manufacturing site.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Schedule and deliver classroom training to site employees and audit the training process
- Have oversight and leadership of Training program at the campus
- Organizes and develops training material and manuals
- Assist in researching outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics
- Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements
- Work closely with managers and supervisors to determine training needs
- Partner with subject matter experts and shares information with corporate training to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Associates / Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or adult education/training; or equivalent mix of education and experience
- Experience in learning and development methodologies, learning management systems, training development and delivery, project management or change management
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience using SAP
- Formal and informal presentation experience
