Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, engineering or related field
- 6-10 years experience in a key connector manufacturing discipline (molding, stamping, plating, assembly) with 3+ years of supervisory
- Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- Excellent English and Polish language skills (both oral and verbal)
