Description
Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. We are seeking a Quality Account Manager to be the key quality contact for strategic customers involving multiple Phillips-Medisize manufacturing locations.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Provide direction and leadership to the quality departments of multiple Phillips-Medisize (PM) manufacturing facilities producing for a common strategic customer
- Act as principal quality liaison between PM facilities and the strategic customer, responding appropriately to internal and external customer needs.
- Act as “One Quality Voice” for all of our PM facilities to the customer.
- Drive the quality-related relationship management process between all PM facility and the strategic customer Quality groups.
- Negotiate, review and approve quality agreements, validation requirements, and product accept/reject criteria and inspection methodologies for strategic customer programs.
- Provide guidance and leadership support to PM Site Quality teams on strategic customer product quality issues and solution recommendations.
- Track and report quality improvement initiatives and action items related to the strategic customer programs.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- B.S. degree in engineering or technical field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience,
- Project/Quality Engineering experience
- Quality Management Systems experience
What Will Put You Ahead
- Prior supervisory experience
- Technical injection molding & tooling experience
- Product design and development experience
