Description
KBX Technology Solution, a provider of transportation and logistics software solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Team Leader to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting KBX Logistics End Users Support and Experience to meet the needs of the business The qualified candidate has a solid understanding of the organization(s) being supported and ITs role in the business's mission and applies it to the application development and design.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Responsible for assuring users are provided efficient and timely first and second level support
- Manages the staff including consultation on performance evaluations, promotions, hiring and disciplinary responsibilities
- Adopt and implement a problem management process focused on identifying and removing the root cause of common incidents thus reducing future incidents and improving service.
- Build customer experience objectives into team and individual goals and ensure accountability.
- Act as project manager for small to medium projects around desktop infrastructure
- Manage communication with stakeholders and IT management regarding service provision and outages
- Prioritize daily activities of the team and QC work on critical and high priority items
- Accountable for overseeing employee onboarding and ensuring they have the tools needed to be effective in their roles including equipment, internal and external applications
- Maintenance of internal/external user security for our TOPS software
- Provide TOPS TMS support to our internal and external business users including planned and unplanned outages and issues
- Work with Support team to troubleshoot issues and ensure they are being routing to proper Functional teams.
- Participate on cross-functional teams to support process improvement projects
- Responsible for successful carrier on boarding

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word to write business correspondence, Excel for use of spreadsheets, reporting and simple formulas, and Outlook for internal and external correspondence
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Supply Chain Management
- 8+years experience in Information Technology or Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations related role
